The eighth Project Homeless Connect, organized by the San Diego Housing Commission, is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. at Golden Hall. The last time the event was held, on Jan. 30, more than 1,100 homeless individuals, including 92 families with children, were provided with clothing, toiletries, food and other goods and services.
