DANIEL WAYNE McDADE

McDADE, DANIEL WAYNE Dan was born June 12, 1922 in Canyon, TX, and left us peacefully September 22, 2011. He served in the US Navy during World War II in the South Pacific. After the war, he worked as a master machinist for Ryan Aeronautical & Rohr Industries in San Diego. He was an avid golfer and played weekly with his family well into his 70's. He was predeceased by his two wonderful wives, Viola and Ruth, and his oldest son Jeffrey. He is survived by sons, Peter and Richard, stepdaughters, Sharron and Sheila, sisters, Phyllis Nichol and Pat Steiger, and a very large extended family. He will be missed by all. Memorial mass 10 a.m., Mon., Oct.17th, at St. Augustine H.S. chapel, 3266 Nutmeg St. Interment to follow at Noon at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery.
