COMMERCIAL ROBBERY CHRIS'S MARKET

On 02/04/2012 at 1214 pm, a male walked into Chris’s Market at 3402 Myrtle Ave. The suspect selected some beer and walked up to the counter. The suspect displayed a hand gun and demanded money. The suspect was given an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect left the store with the money and beer northbound in the east alley of 3400 Boundary Street. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, in his 30’s, 5’6” to 5’8”, who was wearing a black hat with a white “SD” on the front, black sunglasses, a blue tee shirt with a Chargers bolt logo and baggie blue jeans. No one was injured. The Robbery Unit is investigating. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call the San Diego Police Department Robbery Unit at (619) 531-2299.
